That's What She Said

She said she was tired.Tired of being afraid.
Afraid of what? Afraid of holding back.
Holding back her emotions. Holding back her opinions.
'It's not very sensible' she'd tell herself.
What does she know?
She knows everything. She knows nothing.
She is wise. She is inexperienced.
Her thoughts and feelings span the spectrum of color. The spectrum of light into darkness.
She feels everything. She feels nothing.
She is a cynic. She is an optimist.
She is a lover. She is a fighter.
She wounds. She heals.
She sees confusion. She sees clearly.
She is lost.
Lost and afraid.
She, she is me.

My mind is going bonkers today. It seems the wheels in my head have been freshly oiled. I have so much more to say and I'm not entirely sure I care if anyone reads this or not. It just feels right. A mind is a terrible thing to waste!

I just love this picture. Sleepy in service? Take pictures!

You're completely right. I think a photograph isn't always something captured but just a really great perspective. Some people are just happy with snapping pictures at people or places but photographers want to capture the moment!
